I've been in the fitness industry since 2004. Along with being a Licensed Nutritionist, I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
My philosophy is about helping women discover how to incorporate healthy habits into their busy lives. In addition, I am passionate about motivating my clients to achieve their highest potential with an integrative approach that focuses on the whole person.
I educate my clients that incorporating exercise, proper nutrition, and stress management can empower them to take charge of their health and well-being.
