I am a board-certified licensed nutritionist and certified personal trainer. Q: How long is this program?

A: The Perimenopause Power Up is six weeks long and designed to help you learn, experience, and implement teachings through online coaching sessions, educational modules, and on-demand workouts that help you understand topics like hormones, strength training, nutrition, sleep, mindset, and more.

Q: Who is the program for?

A: The program is designed to support women who are currently experiencing perimenopause. However, it can also be beneficial for post-menopausal women. The principles of nutrition, fitness, and wellness covered in the program can provide valuable insights and strategies for women in various stages of their menopausal journey. So, post-menopausal women can join and benefit from the program's knowledge and guidance.

Q: Will I get anything in the mail?

A: The Perimenopause Power Up is completely digital, so you will not receive anything in the mail. Still, you will receive access to a private dashboard where all your content is accessible.

Q: Do I need to invest in any exercise equipment for this program?

A: No. All exercises will be bodyweight movements with the option of adding weights.

Q: Do I have to follow the small group?

A: It is highly recommended to follow along with the group so that you and your friends can enrich your experience.  That being said, you can access all your materials within your members' area, but modules will be released one week at a time to work through at your own pace.

Q: How long do I get access to the materials?

A: You get lifetime access to the current materials when you purchase the Perimenopause Power Up.

Q: How does virtual support work?

A: At the beginning of the 6-week program, there will be an initial 1:1 45-minute virtual call via Zoom with Pam.  Additionally, you will have online support via a secure client portal and email reminders to keep you motivated to stay on track.

Q: When can I expect chat responses?

A: You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Q: Will everyone be on the same plan?

A: During our initial 1:1 virtual call, Pam will learn about you and your specific goals to create a personalized roadmap.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?

A: Yes, you can split your payments into 2 payments of $500  Payment #1 will be charged the day you sign up to register. Payment #2 will be automatically charged 30 days from the date of purchase.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: The Perimenopause Power Up is completely digital, and you get immediate access to the materials, meaning there is no way to "return" the product or services, so no refunds will be granted for any reason.
